Wow, what a lot of information. I have most of the census information but I am going to have to digest the rest of it slowly I think. Because I originally saw Sarah in the 1881 census with her grandparents and one of their sons, John, I assumed she was his but couldn't find any evidence for that. It was only when I got William and Catherine's marriage certificate that I realised he had been married before and did some digging. I now have Sarah's baptism record but that only has her mother's name as Mary so not sure if I have the right mother. I will have to send for the marriage certificate of William Quayle to Mary Kent to see if its the right one. I did find the other baptism for William Henry and a death the following year that might be him but didn't take that any further as I had already bought a number of certificates so didn't want to spend any more at the time.
I noticed in the 1851 census that Margery is down as being William's sister-in-law but I took it that she is actually Ann's mother. From your information it looks like this assumption is correct.
