I would be surprised if this William James had not married Jane Elizabeth Myers in Barnoldswick 1895.

There were a number of children all seen in FreeBMD, registered in Skipton but some died young.

One son William Horsley Quayle is recorded in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission 1943.
