check out Ballaugh (I think the elr of 1799 is an elly ? but havn't checked the actual reg ) them Michael , then 3 in pat then 2 in german- if he married at age 19 then the marr reg should have 'with consent' - I didn't note seeing this when I transcribed it.

I wonder if he was the wm clark at Ballawillin with a large fam in 1814 German census
