Yes they were a large family of all boys. 11 that I have been able to identify exactly.

thanks for the info re William Alfred in Walton on the hill. He was a ship's captain as his obituary states (in the Peel City Guardian).

William Alfred snr died on the Isle of Man in Ramsey and is buried at Peel IOMN.
