It is supposed to make use of the old Gov Analysts offices but I can't see Tynwald agreeing to fund the high cost of digitising the records (I've seen very high costs quoted to digitise BMDs for Gen Registry) - especially as the long serving Directory of Museum Stephen Harrision no longer has any executive role and appears to have been replaced by an administrator - I suspect places such as House of Manannan must be quite a drain on finances as tourism figures drop each year.
