I hope it works for you, Jean. There are usually fewer entries than a page to to choose from. With 1841 I've found it works better to use the separate "1841 Isle of Man Census" below the Search screen, so that you can enter the Piece, Book, Folio, and not enter an age, because ages were also often given wrongly in the Ancestry index.
