Eleanor Wade 1844

In the 1861 Census, Eleanor aged about 17 (1844) is stated as being born in Michael and her parents are John (1803), Catherine (1803) and Mary A aged 8.

I could not find her in the 1851 census names as Eleanor and found only one other Eleanor, but she was born approx (1836) Peel and her parents were Robert and Jane.

I did find however, the same named parents and their approx birth years in the 1851Census.
They had a daughter called Ellen aged 7 (1844), but her place of birth was Maughold and she had sisters Jane 10 and Elizabeth aged 4

Would it be fair to assume that Eleanor and Ellen are one and the same?
