My gggg grandfather William Midgley was a Wesleyan minister and was in the Isle of Man 1798 - 1799. Does anyone have any ideas on where to look for more info? He wasn't married at this time (I don't think so anyway) so there won't be any baptisms to look for. The Wesley churches don't appear to be on the IGI. Is there any information on them?
