Diane, you need to read the notes/messages/ instructions which appear with all the different kinds of sources you are looking at.

It tells you under "Messages" on the IGI record that one entry (23 June) is extracted (transcribed) from the actual parish register, and below that gives you the Source Call No. which you can click on to give you the par reg film number.

The other two entries are "Form submitted by a member of the LDS Church" which means that a church member has given them the details in a family tree or Patron ordinance submission sheet, or whatever - which is often slightly wrong and sometimes pure invention.
