Can't help you out with regard to the parents of Philip who married Margaret Crow, except to say that there doesn't seem to be a Philip among the children of Edmund Skillicorn and his two wives.

Children of Edmund and Ann Cannell: baptized at Kk Michael

i. Catherine Skillicorn was baptized April 3, 1785. She married Philip Cowley.

ii. John Skillicorn was baptized July 1, 1787.

iii. William Skillicorn was baptized December 1789, and buried May 30, 1790.

iv. Thomas Skillicorn was baptized March 27, 1791.

v. Margaret Skillicorn was baptized April 2, 1795, and buried April 10, 1798.

vi. Jane Skillicorn was baptized August 6, 1797, and buried April 17, 1798.

Children of Catherine (Quayle) Cannon and Edmund Skillicorn: baptized at Kk Michael

vii. William Skillicorn was baptized March 10, 1810 and buried April 8, 1836.

viii. Edmund Skillicorn was baptized March 1, 1812.

ix. Ann Skillicorn was baptized November 5, 1815.

x. Robert Edward Skillicorn was baptized March 7, 1821. (This name might be James Edward -- James Edward is given in Edmund's will)

Edmund Skillicorn's 1824 will names "my three sons William, Edmund, and James Edward, daughter Ann Skillicorn, wife Catherine Skillicorn otherwise Cannon (nee Quayle, widow of William Cannon), sons John and Thomas, daughter Catharine, wife of Philip Cowley
