With regards to you reply, I have my Thomas Gawne christened on the 30 March 1822 in Bride. There were several Thomas Gawne's christened around this time in Bride. I will need to check my sources on Thomas's parents. I have provided below, information so far obtained on my Thomas. My Thomas married Catherine Ann Teare on the 4 Apr 1850 in Bride. Do you have a connection with my Gawne's.

The humble Petition of Catherine Ann Gawne of Ballacondyr in the Parish of Bride widow.
Sheweth
That Petitioner’s husband Thomas Gawne late of Ballacondyr aforesaid Farmer departed this life on or about the 18th day of September last just having first made and executed his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the second day of June 1897 whereof he appointed Petitioner sole executrix.
That Petitioner is desirous of obtaining Probate of the said Will.
Wherefore Petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor may be pleasd to grant probate of the said Will to her or to some other fit and proper person with such other relief as is necessary and she will ever pray.

Ordered that this Petition do come as to be heard before use of a Court to be holden at Ramsey on Monday the 1st day of May 1900, whereof all proper persons and parties are to have due notice. Given at Ramsey this 4th day of May 1900.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Gawne of Ballacondyr in the Parish of Bride Farmer which I make publish and declare in form and manner following that is to say -
I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal estates of whatever nature and wheresoever situate unto my wife Catherine Ann Gawne for her life and after her decease as to that portion of my real estate being past of Ballaragh at Craynstal Shore in the said Parish.
I give and devise the same to my two sons Thomas and Charles Edward to hold to them absolutely in equal shares and also that portion of my real estate called Croit-e-Cammaish.
I give and devise the same to my son Wilfrid Gawne and also that portion called Ballacowle Beg.
I give and devise the same portion to my two daughters Esther Gawne and Sophia Skinner wife of John Skinner in equal shares and after the death of my said wife as aforesaid.
I give and bequeath the whole of my personal estate to and amongst the said Thomas Gawne, Charles Edward Gawne, Wilfrid Gawne and Esther Gawne in equal shares.
I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 2nd day of June 1897.
Signed published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will in our presence who at his request in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Estate of Thomas Gawne late of Ballacondyr in Bride
Know all men by these presents that we Catherine Ann Gawne and Esther Gawne of Ballacondyr aforesaid and John Skinner of Phurt all in Bride aforesaid are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our Sovereign Lady the Queen in the sum of Two Hundred pounds to the payment whereof, well and truly to be made to our said Lady the Queen, her heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and severally and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators, firmly by these Presents. As witness our subscriptions the 7th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.
The condition of the obligation is such, that if the above named Catherine Ann Gawne who seeks to obtain a grant of Probate of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Gawne late of Ballacondyr in the parish of Bride but now deceased, who died on or about the 18th day of September 1899, do when lawfully called on in that behalf make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the Personal Estate and effects of the said deceased which have or shall come into her hands, possession, or knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her and the same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in that behalf whenever required by law so to do; and the same Personal Estate and effects and all other the personal estate and effects of the said deceased, which shall at any time come into the hands or possession of the said Catherine Ann Gawne or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her or which without default might have come into the hands or possession of the said Catherine Ann Gawne do well and truly administer according to law, that is to say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said personal estate will extend and the law bind the said Catherine Ann Gawne, and do deliver and pay unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto all the rest and residue of the said personal estate and effects, then this obligation to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.

At a Court holden at Ramsey on the 20th day of January 1913
The ? paper writing dated 2nd day of June 1897 having been proved on the 7th day of May 1900 as the last Will and Testament of Thomas Gawne late of Ballacondyr in the parish of Bride Farmer deceased, who died on the 18th day of September 1899 and probate thereof granted to Catherine Ann Gawne the widow and relict of the Testator the executrix therein named and if this day appointing that the said Catherine Ann Gawne died on the 11th day of December 1917 without having ? administered the personal estate of this said deceased. This Court ? therefore granted Administration ? his said wife annexed of the personal estate and effects of the said Thomas Gawne deceased to John Robert Ferguson of the Town of Ramsey Annuitant and accordingly he is sworn well and faithfully to administer the personal estate and effects of the said Thomas Gawne deceased. So left unadministered as aforesaid in terms of his said Will and according to Law.
