There may well be a Birth Cert for Jane Skillicorn b. 17Nov 1880 Dgls. Not sure what the IGI has copied - if Church records then there may be a more informative BC at Deemster's Walk.
1901 Census IoM; RG_13_5303_153b; Douglas_17_171; 15 Wellington Square: John Quine, Head, M, 45, Butcher, Santon; Isabella A --do--; Wife, M, 42, Dgls; George --do--, Son, S, 17, Dgls; Thomas J --do--,Son, 15, Dgls; Annie L --do--, Daur, 13, Dgls; John F --do--, Son, 10, Dgls; William S --do--, Son, 4, Dgls; Ernest L--do--, Son, 2, Dgls.
Isabella's daughter Jane presumably assumed the Quine surname on her mother's marriage. There was a Jane Quine (20, b.Dgls, Gen Servt Dom) in the 1901 census at 37 Derby Square, the home of a George Green (schoolmaster) and family.
