The 1906 canadian census for Saskatchewan is on line through Google. It shows Helen Cooil age 66 Widow, arrived 1841.
With her is a niece Nettie Macdonald 19 from England, arrived 1900.

There was a marriage in the I.O.Man between an Ellen Cooil and Jonathan Macdonald with children showing in Brian Lawson's index. One was Harriet Macdonald 1877 the same age as Nettie.

The 1906 census also shows other Cooil families.
