hi marie thank you so much for all that infomation, im a bit overwhelmed at the moment myg granmother elizabeth who i never met died 5 years before my birth on the 24th june my b/date is the 25th june. robert was a marine fireman? i wonder if this is how he died (how very sad) and how envious i feel that you knew m g granmother, im lost for words at the moment (deep in thought) thank you marie for bringing my granparents to life for me.
the son you mentioned might have been my grandad george he did have his own fruit and veg cart in lpool, and my fondest memories are sitting on it while he fed me strawberries.
