Josie, copies of "recent" wills are not in the Museum. You could try contacting the Registry by email to ask whether there were wills for your family members. http://www.gov.im/registries/general/contact.xml
It used to be free to look at the indexes, with a small charge to view the actual wills, and a higher charge to get a copy - but that was a few years ago. I suggest you write and ask.
