The Will, gave me another potential lead.

William Quine of Ramsey a pledge. He could be her brother baptised January 30 1791. I have no trace of him after 1813 when his was in Braddan and summoned to court after his mothers death.

If he could be found in the 1841 census he would be 50 years of age.
