Yes, I have Tom Corteen's transcripts of the Maughold parish registers, from the original volumes.

Not many Mary Anns around that period in Maughold, and the fathers are usually given (Ramsey is always a possibility as well, and I don't have those bapts).

These ones don't really fit:

Maria daur of Doctor Clucas & Mary Vaust bapt 6 Jun 1834. Illegitimate, Ramsey.

Mary Ann daur of Robert Quayle & Cath Kissack bapt 21 Feb 1836.

Mary Ann daur of Pat Kneale & Ellen Quine bapt 20 Mar 1836. Illegitimate.

Mary Ann daur of James Corkill & Cath Skillicorn bapt 23 Apr 1837. Illegitimate.

I can't see a Paul Quayle in Maughold bapts, although there is a Phil Quayle with at least one illegitimate child at that time. Are you 100% certain he was Paul?
