I would love to have a copy of the Holt Co article.
My friend, Carolyn Caine, had 2 Cain(e) lines from IOM who ended up in Holt Co Missouri. Robert Caine who md Mary Jane Curtis who is related to the Beelers referred to in the original message and William Stephen Cain.
I helped her with her researching and came to "meet up" with many of them in the censuses and in the wonderful "Gone Home" book published by the Holt Co genealogical society.
