There are three William Kissacks in the IGI bapt in 1833.

The IGI has Elizabeth Kissack Christening: 02 JUN 1867 Santon, Father: WILLIAM KISSACK
Mother: JANE

And a marriage between William Kissack and Jane Clague 12 JUL 1866 Santon.
