There is a marriage of James Callow and Elizabeth Boylin recorded in Liverpool 1902. If you go to Lancashire BMD the reference number will direct you to an application form for a certificate and so more detail for James.

A Thomas Boylin shows in Brian Lawson's burial index, buried in Douglas 1963 age 94.
There is also an Elizabeth Frances Callow buried Braddan 1943 age 73.

These details fit a family in Upper Penn Stafford in the 1881 census.

Considering the age of Elizabeth there may be an earlier marriage and/or child.
