Callows/Boylins

Help! I'm stuck with one side of my tree and wondered if anyone could help or give me pointers on where to go next.

I'm looking for the parents of my grandmother Elizabeth Jane Callow (born 12.2.1906), but can't seem to find them anywhere. They are listed on the IGI with Elizabeth’s birth record, their names are James Callow and Frances Boylin but when I search for them individually they don’t to come up.

They lived in Church Avenue, Onchan in April 1927 when Elizabeth married George Brew Radcliffe, but James is detailed as deceased on the Marriage certificate I think it says "coal handler" as his profession.

I believe they had one other child called William who died young and is buried in Onchan Church Yard. Would his death certificate give me more details about them? if so how do I go about tracing the dates so I can order one from the Registry?

Frances' brother Thomas is buried in Douglas Borough Cemetery but he came to the island from Taunton in the early 60's when he was in his 90's. Could Frances also be a "come over", if so where do I go next?

Frances is buried in Braddan Cemetery, but there is no headstone. I dont know where James is buried.

Will Elizabeth’s birth certificate give me any more clues than what I've already got?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
