Lois, I think the Catherine Radcliffe in Cleveland, Ward 2, #2480, is the daughter of James and Ann Radcliffe of Andreas. She was christened 30 Mar 1821 and married Wm. C. Brew 22 May 1856 at Cleveland. She would be the sister of Robert Richard Radcliffe of Chicago.
