Tim,
That will I transcribed referred to an Andreas family.
"Catharine Daughter of Daniel Christian of the Laane had Private Baptism 10th Nov. 1756. Recd into the Congregation 21st Novr 1756."
Catharine married John Garrett 3 Aug.1782 Andreas. Children bapt. Andreas & Bride. In grandmother"s will: "She left to Mary Garret (b.1791) Catherine's daughter three pounds after her grandfather's death... she left to Anne Garret (b.1785) Cathrine's daur one pound... after grandf's death.... to her 2 daurs Anne & Cathrine Christian.... To Daur Cathrine Garret after her grandf's death. To John Garret her son-in-law".
Catherine Garret als Christian buried Andreas 2 June 1796.
It is highly unlikely that the above John Garrett who married Catherine Christian b.1756 of Andreas in 1782 is "Ewan Garrett b. 1767, Lezayre" in Sarah Allison's posting - sorry.
There is a more likely John Garret b. Andreas 1753 son of John Garret.
