!ARCHDEACON WILL Andreas 1741 Film #0106376:
KK Andreas made about two years ago.
He commited his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
He left all his sheep to his two sons Nicholas and William between them.
And the wooll of the said sheep to his wife and children to the end of
three years.
Left tools he used to work with himself he left to son.
Left twelve pence to each of his daughters and to be cut off all the rest
of his goods.
He ordered and appointed Wm Cowley and Wm Sayle to oversee his wife
and children.
Nominated and appointed his wife sole and executor of all the rest of his
goods moveable and whatsoever. To the wittnesses of his will one
shillings each.
Cath: the widow of Henry Cowley is sworn executor according to law. She
together with John Kelly brother in law(her brother actually) to the
orphans is also sworn overseer and has given pledges Wm Cowley
Crammag and John Cleater.
