I intend visiting the Isle of Man to enquire with the local press archives if there is a photograph of my great grandfather Moses.
From what I have learned of late, I don't think my father knew details of his family tree as both his grandparents Moses and first wife Jane had died when he was born. I don't remember anything being said to me as a child in this respect. It is most exciting and on my grandfather's side, son-in-law of Moses there was fourteen children, my grandfather being the youngest and some twenty five years between first and last child, so plenty of researching to do.
