Can someone help me with this one please.
From the 1901 census
John Chapman b. IOM, 1834...Head
Eliza Chapman b. IOM, 1837... Wife
Benjamin Chapman b. IOM, 1865...son
George Chapman b. IOM, 1871...son
Eliza B. Carson b. England, 1885...granddaughter
The others I have for this family are

John Joseph Chapman b. 1863
Thomas Walter Chapman b. 1867
Edith Chapman b. 1872
Emily Chapman b. 1875
Alfred Chapman b. 1878

My question is, where does Eliza B. Carson fit in?
I don't have a daughter who married a Carson old enough to have Eliza as her daughter.
The obvious answer is that I have missed a daughter somewhere.

I have all the family on the 1881 census, only Benjamin is living away from home, working as a servant on John Moores farm
Can you help me please.
