actually it is only about 4 weeks old, pub in paperback IIRC about £20 - GB has been working on place names for the last decade (partly financed by MNH) and his researches are available in a 7 volume publish on demand format when last checked somewhat over £100/volume (quite why GB hasn't tried a CD ROM I don't know - must better than dead trees) - the new book is a very much cut down version (eg most of the sequence of name changes with dates is missing), he adds to Kneens book (see my site tho I had to skip Kneens prononciation guide) corrects some and has more discussion on pre Norse names
