My guess is that as these are the Manx versions of the very common English names they were translated by the cleric - W W Gill has a comment that these names (esp Juan) seldom occured in formal documents being thought too informal - Joney is sometimes replaced by Judith, Bahee was I think the Manx form of Bridget.
