I know he existed as he was my great grandfather but I can't find any trace of his birth or death. He was on the 1841 census as 55 yrs old living at Crogga in Santon. His wife Margaret was described as a widow in 1851 but I can't find him being born or dying. His marriage cert says "of this parish" which was Braddan. although it said the same for his wife Margaret Callister but she was born in Malew according to the census forms.
