Do you have any records of a John Quayle (DOB unknown) who married Jane COWELL (c1799) at
Ballaugh, IOM in 1820? I believe they had 2 children - Eliza in 1820 & William in 1823. Jane was
exiled to Australia in 1823 with her sister (John was found innocent of the crime) & it is believed
he stayed behind on the IOM & may have remarried. I am curious to know if there is a connection
to your Quayle line.
