I have some info from my research
Jonathan Quine was the son of John Quine (who died between 1846 and 1851) and Mary Ann Kewley (born approx. 1821 in Onchan). John Quine and Mary Ann married on 06/10/1844 and in 1847 Jonathan Quine was born in Braddan.
Jonathan Quine married Margaret Roberts (born on 28/02/1857) on 09/05/1878 and he died on 09/09/1922 in Strang IOM.
I have original items of my Great Grandad's (Jonathan) who owned a mechanic's workshop in Strang.
He was a 'joiner, picture framer, glazier, paper-hanger, solderer...metal turner' the list goes on.
