My G Grandmother's sister, Margaret Roberts (born 1857) Married Jonathon Quine (born IOM approx. 1843) on 9th May 1878. Can anyone tell me anything about Jonathon? I believe that Strang may feature because I have a money box which is marked on the inside J. Quine, Maker, Strang, IOM. A brass disc (surrounding the money slot) refers to my grandfathers birth in 1888.
