I am searching for info on a Thomas Shimmin

Children were all christened in Patrick

What I am trying to find is if the Thomas Shimmin from this list left the Isle of Man & married an Ann Kinsman from Liverpool England.

Any Help is much appreciated, also interested in anyone who has ties to this family above.
