Tim,
I can only offer these clues based on Brian's burial and census data.
In the 1841, and 1851 census there is no Sarah who fits.
I did find the follwing entries for Patrick:
1. 1841 district 3 page 7 or 8 entry 38
Ann Moore 50
Ann Moore 20
Catherine Moore 14
Thomas Moore 50
2. 1851 district 1 page 57 entry 7
Thomas 62
Ann 64
3. 1861 district 3 page 44 entry 71
Thomas Moore 71
Margaret Kay, wife's daughter 28
Sarah Kay, wife's daughter 7
Elizabeth Moore wife 52
Elizabeth Kay, g'daughter 1
Notes: There is an Ann Moore buried in Patrick on July 25 1859 aged 75
A Thomas Moore married an Elizabeth Kay in Patrick on Jan 12 1860. His age is 69, hers is 50
4. Patrick 1841 district 1 page 13 entry 63
Catherine Moore 2
Elizabeth Moore 10
John Moore 45
Robert Moore 8
Thomas Moore 8
William 7
Anne 35
This would be the family of John Moore & Ann Sansbury
5. Patrick 1841 district 1 page 11 entry 50
John Moore 70
Catherine Moore 25 (probably the daughter of John Moore & Ann Gell)
Note; There is a burial for an Ann Moore aged 70 in Patrick on March 12 1832. Possibly Ann Callister
6 1841 Patrick district 1 page 20 entry 101
Philip Moore
7. In 1841 there is no suitable Thomas Moore, Margaret Moore (Killey) or their sons William (1792) & James (1794)
All of this is far from conclusive, but at least it seems certain that the children of John Moore and Ann Callister stayed on the Island and in Patrick. However, I think that your best bet is to checkBrian Lawson's site for the wills of all the likely Margaret, Thomas, John & Ann Moores. Then you can order them at a FHS center.
