If you read a Google enquiry it relates that Edward Black Daugherty was born in 1833 and it was his grandfather, also Edward, ( an Irish Catholic) who gave the land for the cemetery after his brother Manasseh had died and was buried there.

There is a request for information on this family by Timothy Daugherty on Genealogy.com
He states that brothers John ,Edward and Manasseh left Donegal about 1796.
