I was able to see film 0106229, but I could not make a copy of William Maddrell's 1784 will(broken copier). He mentions his wife Margaret, and children William (eldest), Thomas, James & Margaret, but not John, The two other children of William Maddrell & Margaret Kewley both died of small pox in April 1765.
