I can find no information on his birth at all. He was born in Douglas around 1853. He had two brothers one went to Alberta Canada the other Blackpool England as far as I am aware Thomas came to Australia but I don't know when. He married an Emma Hogan they had 5 children Thomas, Emma, Ella, Lewis and Cecil. Any information would be of great assistance to me. thank you
