If you can log in but then can't gain access to the info then check you have enabled cookies - these need only be 'per session' and 'for originating site only' but if all cookies are disabled then the site cannot remember that you have typed in the password etc and thus rejects your attempt to open the page (it should in an ideal world check that cookies are enabled and inform you that access is only possible if they are)
