I have a George Cubbon b. 1873 Arbory, he is the youngest son of Thomas Cubbon and Margaret Clugston.
In the 1901 census he is in German listed as a lodger with a family named Quine at Villa Dhrine. He is single age 24 and a railway station master. The age doesn't fit but the other information does.
I am interested in any/all information about him and his family. I know his wife's name was Nellie because an inscription at Arbory when he died in 1917. His children may have been George, who was a Station Master at Peel, Nina and Jessie. I have no idea if George married but I believe Nina and Jessie never did. George possibly died in the early 1990's in St Johns where I believe he'd lived for many years.
