There is no Potts or Potter in the fairly comprehensive index to the book but it does not give a list of employees - apparently most of the Brewery records were pulped during the war (the brewery ceased production some 10+ years ago and the site turned over to housing.)
One option is to look at the voters lists for this period to see if a Potts or Potter lived around Castletown but that will require personal search.
