Forrest Family Breakthrough!! (I think....)

Just to let you know that I may have had a breakthrough with regard to my Forrest family history thanks to the Manx Notebook. As formerly stated, I suggested that James Forrest may have been the brother of William, as they were both married at Braddan Church and born, I believe, around the same time:

William Forrest m. Cathne Cretney, 24 March 1838, Braddan.

James Forrest m. Isabella Craine, 7 Jan. 1847, Braddan.

I have since found the following listings under the addmissions to King William's College, Isle of Man, in September 1835:

"Forrest, James Quin, born May 24th, 1822. Left June 30th, 1837. Son of James Forrest. Principal’s.
Thornhill, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.

Forrest, William Frederic, born Aug. 27th, 1823. Left June 30th, 1837. Son of James Forrest. Principal’s.
Trinity College, Dublin, M.A. Ded September 18th, 1893."

I wonder if you advise me therefore as to whether the references to addresses in Ireland would refer to last known address, and if you believe that William and James could feasably therefore be the sons of James and Judith Forrest of Lezayre in the 1851 census.

Any information or advice you can give is greatly appreciated. I am an absolute beginner genealogist!!!!

Many Thanks, Tony.
