Hi my brother and I have a dilemma. We were born on IOM but now live in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen, he is not. He cannot get a British passport now and he also can't get a Canadian one. He does not live on the island so they are not keen to issue a Manx passport. We have to prove we had an English relative. Our grandmother was Mary Chesworth from Lancashire and married our Grandfather William Henry Sharpe about 1911. We need to find out more information to prove they were married and where she came from. Can anyone please tell me where that information could be found on the internet.Thanks.
