An email to the baseball website mentioned in my initial posting produced the following response...
"I am truely sorry to report to you that the league that you have seen is 100% fictional. It is a computer based simulation. "
Would seem the joke of a Ronald Qualtrough, bn 1881 in Cincinatti is on me!!!!
Just as well I have a sense of humor!!
BTW, Ira Qualtrough is for real, not a joke!!
