Hi Susanne,
The Articles of Marriage "concluded & Agreed upon by and betwixt Bahey Joughin als Lace in behalf of her son Charles Joughin on ye one pt and Jo: Cleater & his wife Jony in behalf of their daughter Mary Cleater ye other party.... Bahey Joughin doth hereby settle upon her sd son all her Lands wtsoever & its ---tenancies after her decease; and during her natural life she and her sd son are to enjoy all yd Lands & Houses of Balladougherny? belonging to them now....." [10 Novr 1722]. So no mention there of Dougherty.
Bahey was the widow of John Joughin who had died in 1709 - Charles was their eldest son.
This Joughin family had no connection [that I know of] with Dougherty, but the other Andreas Joughin family did. William Joughin, Leodest, bapt 11 May 1710, buried Andreas 28 Nov 1771, married Jony DOUGHERDY 19 Feb.1736 Andreas.
Northside Sales, Andreas: Contract October 1738 no.21 between Wm Joughin & Joney Dougherty, and between Wm Dougherty & Margaret Joughin. [Brothers marrying sisters?] I haven't seen this contract.
