I am descended from Elizabeth Faragher and Thomas Gell. They are my third great grandparents. Their son, Thomas Edward Gell married Caroline Dockeray. They lived in Douglas. Their son, Thomas Edward Gell II moved to Canada and married Margaret Caroline Kelly, who was born in Port Erin, Rushen. They married in Canada where my grandfather Thomas Edward Gell III was born and then they settled in Syracuse, New York State, USA, where their other children were born.
