A couple of points. There is a very good map of Onchan in J.J. Kneen's Placenames of the Isle of Man. Also because much of Onchan was ecclesiastically in the parish of Kk Braddan, the relevant baptisms and burials were in Braddan Register. SEE Woods's Atlas for the boundary between the part of Onchan which buried etc at the Onchan church and those who went to Braddan.
