The Isle of Man Department of Local Government and the Environment publishes a Public Rights of Way and Outdoor Leisure Map. Mine is from 1995. The scale is 2 1/2 in to 1 mile or 1:25,000. It is not clear where the parish borders are. However, it shows roads, footpaths, Churches, rural public houses and telephone kiosks, contours at 100 ft. intervals , and a fair amount of detail, although it requires good eyesight and/or a good magnifying glass. As an example at or near Cronk-y-Voddy on the TT course east of Peel, one can find St. John's Chapel, Moaney Moor, Manannan's Chair, Cronkbank, a spring, Ballageeil and Ballakaighen. I have not visited Cronk-y-Voddy, but I assume the map is accurate.
