Thanks for the information, Sue! It never occurred to me to simply ask for it...

The event I'm interested happened in 1835, so I guess I'll be climbing on that bus and making a trek. I got so spoiled doing the other part of my family at the Scottish Registry Office where you just put things in your shopping cart... Oh, well. I guess if one wants to claim one's Manx heritage, one must be indomitable.
