I tried contacting civil@registry.gov.im to find out exactly how to go about ordering a copy of a marriage certificate. When I finally got an answer about a week later it said that instructions were attached, but they weren't. I re-sent a request but so far have received no reply.

I'm hoping that someone here has successfully navigated this procedure and can tell me exactly how to go about it. What form does the payment have to be in? I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
