hi, does anyone know of a photographer called newby, as i believe i have a photo of my mum as a small child in douglas, the address was 18 prospect hill, i think it would have been taken around 1925, which leads me to my next quextion, does anyone remember arthur and ann aston, who ran the strand inn around, 1940 to 1950, they could have ran it before then, but i do know they both died there, they also had a son called arthur and a daughter called veronica , any info would be great, gill(granddaughter)
